Shape Wellness Center announces expansion and a full retail center

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Atlanta, Georgia — November 14, 2011 — Shape Wellness Center announces today that their main office located in the Buckhead/Sandy Springs area of Atlanta will move to its larger location and include a full scale retail center. Dr. Mark McKenna, CEO and Founder of Shape Wellness Center, hired long time business consultant of the practice, Mikki Douglas, as the Director of Business Development in September of 2011 to facilitate growth and direct the expansion. “Mikki brings knowledge of a 17 year career in the corporate health, wellness and medical spa industries; this combined with the successful practice that I’ve built, now is the time. This is a natural progression for us because we’re dedicated to offering our patients more ways to improve their lives, I’m very excited.” says Dr. Mark McKenna.

Expansion is set to be completed by the first week of December 2011. Shape Wellness Center, known for their successful medically supervised weight loss programs, ‘affordable beauty’ services like $8 per unit Botox® Cosmetic , $399 per syringe Juvederm® and Cutera IPL laser services, will expand to add nearly 1000 square feet. They join a number of innovative, forward-thinking practices that are expanding to include products and services that focus on non-invasive aesthetic solutions, wellness and healthy living. Shape’s new retail area will include such high profile, high quality wellness and beauty products like Gaiam, Emergen-C, Renew Life, Alba Botanicals, Abra Therapeutics, Vivite Skin care, in addition to new innovative products like Hylunia, pH Ion and a custom line of 100% clean burning, organic soy candles. In addition, the company plans to expand its Shop Shape web store to include many of these products in 2012 for those who wish Shop Shape in the comfort of their own home.
