ShapeMed Services may include, without limitation, tools, information about our in-office services, applications, email services, bulletin and message boards, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and downloadable mobile applications related to Sites owned and controlled by ShapeMed.

We use the Personally Identifiable Information that you provide to respond to your questions, provide you information about the services you select, to send you emails about the Web site, to schedule in office appointments when necessary, and to inform you of material changes to this Privacy Policy.

B. Newsletters & Emails to You
At registration, you may signed up to receive periodic informational newsletters via email from shapemed.com. These emails inform our members of new or upcoming features and partners. You can unsubscribe from the newsletters by following the instructions provided in the email.

At various times as you use ShapeMed, you may be given the option of receiving recurring informational/promotional newsletters via email on specific health topics from ShapeMed. There are certain emails that you cannot opt-out of, such as an update to this Privacy Policy. These emails will be sent to you as long as you are a member of ShapeMed.com or utilizing our mobile application.

C. Suggestions You Make to ShapeMed.com
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any content, business information, ideas, concepts or inventions that you may elect send to ShapeMed.com by email or post anywhere on the ShapeMed.com site, including the ShapeMed.com Suggestions Community, journals, communities and forums. D. Message Boards and other Public Forums
As a service to our users, ShapeMed.com may ,at times, feature journals, personal pages, message boards and other public forums where users with similar interests or medical conditions can share information and support one another or where users can post questions for experts to answer. Any information shared including Personally Identifiable Information that you reveal in a journal, personal page, message board, Ask A Doctor posting or online discussion is by design open to the public and is not a private, secure service. You should think carefully before disclosing any Personally Identifiable Information in any public forum. What you have written may be seen, disclosed to or collected by third parties and may be used by others in ways we are unable to control or predict, including to contact you for unauthorized purposes. As with any public forum on any site, this information may also appear in third-party search engines like Google, Yahoo, etc… ShapeMed.com does not control the information indexed and cached by search engines. At your request, ShapeMed.com can remove Personally Identifiable Information from the ShapeMed.com site, but cannot remove this information from search engines. Once the data has been indexed by a search engine that information cannot be retrieved, deleted or modified by ShapeMed.com.

After you have registered as a member of ShapeMed.com, you may choose to use certain ShapeMed.com interactive content, tools and services that may ask you to voluntarily provide other types of information about yourself.

F. Third Party Retailers
ShapeMed.com will NEVER send you retail offers from third party retailers. We under no circumstances will share any information about your health related information if it is provided to us.

Children
Neither ShapeMed.com nor any of its services are designed or intended for children under the age of 13. We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information from any person we actually know is under the age of 13.
